• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FitKnect and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in The United States District Court for the District of Utah.
